• Non-exporting parallel operation (with paralleling times greater than 100 milliseconds),
• Non-exporting closed transition paralleling (paralleling less than or equal to 100 milliseconds),
• Exporting parallel operation,
• All other paralleling requests.

General Steps:

• Oncor receives a completed Interconnection Application and secures Impact Study Fee (fee schedule included within application
• Oncor prepares and submits to customer an Impact Study or Service Study or
• Oncor secures funding for any required system impacts,
• Oncor schedules and completes any required system changes,
• Oncor reviews customer relay test reports,
• Oncor prepares, submits and secures an Interconnection Agreement from customer,
• Final authorization for operation is granted after the Interconnection Agreement is signed and all the general process items are completed.
