Omnis Award Recognition Program

Oncor has an outstanding Supplier Diversity Recognition Program for individuals, groups, and businesses that make significant contributions to our progress. The program includes internal recognition for employees as well as external recognition for suppliers and partners.

Omnis stands for "all" in Latin and the Oncor Omnis Award stands for excellence in ALL things.

The Omnis Award Recognition Reception is held annually for employees who have received Omnis Awards during the year. At this reception, Oncor's CEO speaks about Oncor's ongoing commitment to Supplier Diversity, and assists in the presentation of these special awards. Employees across the company are awarded "Omnis" (Ohm-nee) for their efforts such as helping to mentor an MWBE supplier; assuring inclusion in bid opportunities; or working at one of the major trade shows in the supplier to buyer forums. The Omnis Supplier Awards for Excellence are presented to Diverse Suppliers in honor of their excellence of service to Oncor and their outstanding support and commitment to Supplier and Workforce Diversity, and commitment to the Community. A Rising Star Award is presented to a supplier that has a new relationship with Oncor and exhibits the potential to become an Omnis supplier in the future. A Group Award is presented to a business group who has consistently been progressive and successful with their Supplier Diversity commitment, and a Partnership Award is presented to a non-MWBE supplier who supports Oncor's efforts through multi-tier participation, sponsorships, mentoring, etc.
